Antony Lounge Chair by Jean Prouvé for Vitra 2002 (SOLD)

Amazing Antony chair originally designed by Jean Prouve in the 1950s. Vitra made a series of re-editions in the early 00s. This wonderful chair is no longer in production. A high quality re-edition which was originally designed for the Cité Universitaire at Antony, near Paris, in the 50s. The design has a wonderfully dynamic shape, made from a single curved plywood wooden blade. The base is constructed of heavy steel plate and tubes in black.
